Your Account:

Creating an Account
It takes just a few minutes. To complete the process, you will need to create a username and password. As well, provide us with your address, E-mail Address and date of birth. You also have the option of receiving specials or notice of items via e-mail. Once you have confirmed your choices, you will then be required to accept the site rules and restrictions by clicking the Accept button on the following Terms and Conditions page. Managing your Account

After creating an account allows you to log in and review previous orders and track your order. Click here to go to your account section.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

If you forgot your Jays Shop account password, click on the Jays Shop (Login) button on the top banner. Then click on the Forgot Your Password? link in the drop down menu. On the following page, enter the email address associated with your Jays Shop account for us to send you a new password. Check your email for the password that we have sent you. Use this new password to log in to your Jays Shop account. After logging in, we recommend changing the password to the one that you would prefer.

Your Order:

Placing an Order

Shopping with us online is simple! When you find an item that you would like to purchase, click the Add to Cart button. After you have entered the product in your basket you can continue to shop and browse for more products or you can process to checkout. When you are ready to checkout, select Cart at the top right of the page, then proceed to Checkout. Your total order will be summarized and you will have the option to make any changes to your order that you wish.

Once you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email showing your order number and your order in its entirety. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a follow-up email that will contain your order number, order detail and tracking number for your shipment.

Takes you to a page that allows you to view the status of the order(s).

Emails about your order

After you place your order, you will receive e-mails about your order. Below are examples of e-mails you might receive:

  • Registration Email – Once you register you will be able to check your order status, manage your address book and change your account information and password.
  • Order Confirmation. This e-mail confirms that we have received your order. It includes your order number and lists your complete order. Keep this e-mail for your records as this is the email to print off and include in the box in case you need to do a return or exchange.
  • Shipping Notification Email - This confirms that your order has been shipped and also provides you with a tracking number for your order. The shipping time of your order depends on the shipping method selected, item selected and your shipping location.
  • Important notice about your order. There are a few reasons why you would receive this e-mail, including: difficulty in processing your order, missing payment for your order, inability to ship to the address provided or a duplicate order. Should you receive a notice like this, please call a Customer Service Representative at 1-877-JAYS SHOP (529-7746) immediately so the problem can be addressed.

Shipping:

Shipping Address

A valid shipping address is required for all deliveries. We regret that we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or R.R. #'s. As a signature is required upon delivery, please ensure that someone is at the delivery address to accept and sign for the package during regular business hours. Regular business hours are 9am to 5pm EST, Monday to Friday.

We ship all orders using UPS courier and offer 2 delivery services, UPS Standard or UPS Priority.

Canadian Shipping and Handling

Orders are picked up the following business day and require 3-5 business days for processing and packing. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for delivery. We ship all orders using UPS courier and offer 2 delivery services, UPS Standard or UPS Priority. Please note that Priority shipping does not advance processing time or cresting time for customized jerseys. Delivery time can vary depending on the shipping address. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays within Canada.

United States Shipping and Handling

Duties and Taxes

U.S. and International customers are responsible to pay for all applicable duty and customs charges. Your local government determines duty and customs charges depending on where the merchandise is made and what it is made out of. When placing an order on shop.mlb.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Charges for duties, taxes and the carrier's collection fee are in addition to your shipping charge and must be incurred by you. You should contact your local customs office for further information.

Payment:

Payment Methods

Forms of payment accepted are: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Important information about payment: For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order, which does not match this criterion.

Pre-Authorization for Credit Cards

On occasion, the Jays Shop online payment system initiates a pre-authorization of $4.00. This is done to ensure the credit card being used is valid. This transaction will be cleared from your credit card within 1-5 business days.

Gift Card Redemption

Currently, Blue Jays gift cards are not redeemable online.

Blue Jays gift cards can be redeemed in-person at our Jays Shop locations in downtown Toronto (see JAYS SHOP LOCATIONS).

Blue Jays gift cards can also be redeemed by calling Jays Shop Direct and placing an order over the phone. Gift card numbers will need to be provided at time of placing order. Any additional charges over the gift card balance will need to be paid with a credit card.

Safety, Security and Privacy

Secure Shopping Guarantee

We use the industry standard encryption protocol known as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to keep your order information secure.

We have established a Secure Shopping Guarantee for every transaction that you make with shop.mlb.com. Should any unauthorized charges appear on your credit card as a result of shopping with shop.mlb.com, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

We reserve the right to contact the customer for further credit card information such as the 3-digit CVC security number (as required) on the back of the credit card in order to verify its validity.

Returns/Exchanges:

Returning an Item for Return or Exchange

IF YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED, you may return your purchase within 60 days along with your receipt for a full (same tender) refund or exchange, minus the shipping and handling. Item must be returned in good condition with all tags still attached, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit. After 60 days, please contact us directly.

No refunds or exchanges on products worn, damaged, clearance, custom crested, game worn/ready, publications, special orders, intimates, memorabilia or gift cards. Gift-with-purchase must be included with return.

For your protection, your package must be returned prepaid and insured. U.S. and International customers, please call ahead for additional return instructions.

Without receipt, exchange only. A return shipping charge will be applied.

Returning an Item - Your credit card will be credited once we've received and processed your return. The credit may not show up on the very next statement you receive in the mail unless it is within your credit card company's billing or statement cycle, but it should appear on the next one.

Exchanging an Item - If you are choosing to ship back the item, please return it to the address below along with a copy of the email confirmation indicating the size/style you would like to exchange for.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service Representative within 30 days of delivery at 1-877-529-7746. Please supply the representative with the order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail. Your e-mail address and phone number may also be required. Jays Shop will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner.
