Creating an Account

To register with Jays Shop, click “Register” in the top banner. You will be prompted to fill in the necessary information. **Please note that the address you provide is your shipping address. At a later time you will be able to update your billing information** Click here to register now.

Managing your Account

Once logged in, if any changes need to be made you will be able to view your shipping, billing, and order history. Click here to go to your account section.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

If you forgot your account password, click on the “Login” button on the top banner. Click on the “Forgot Your Password” icon. On the following page, enter the email address associated with your Jays Shop account. You will then receive an email with a new password. Use this new password to login. Once you have logged in, we recommend changing the password to one that you would prefer.

Your Order:

Placing an Order

When you find an item that you would like to purchase, click the “Add to Cart” button. After you have entered the product in your basket you can continue to shop for more products or proceed to checkout.

When you are ready to checkout, select “View Cart” at the top right of the page. Proceed to “Checkout”. Your total order will be summarized and you will have the option to make any changes to your purchase. **We recommend reviewing your order before submitting.**

Emails about your order

Below are examples of e-mails you might receive once your order has been placed.

  • Registration Email - Once you register you will be able to check your order status, and change your account information and password.
  • Order Confirmation - This e-mail confirms that we have received your order. It includes the details of your purchase and order number. Keep this e-mail for your records as this serves as your receipt. **Please note that your order will be picked up the following business day**
  • Shipping Notification Email - This confirms that your order has been shipped and provides you with a tracking number for your order. Based on your location and order volume, delivery times may vary.
  • Important Notice Regarding Your Order - An email/telephone call will be placed if the following occurs:
    • Duplicate order
    • Item Not Available
    • Payment verification
    • Incomplete shipping information

Shipping Details

Orders are picked up the following business day and require 3-5 business days for processing and packing. Any order with a full street address will be shipped with UPS courier service. A P.O. Box address will be shipped by Canada Post. Please note that a signature is required from UPS upon delivery during regular business hours. Priority shipping does not advance processing time or cresting time for customized jerseys. Delivery time can vary depending on the shipping address. Business days are Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm EST excluding statutory holidays within Canada.

UPS Standard: 3-10 Business days

UPS Priority: 1-5 Business days

Canada Post: 3-10 Business days depending on location

United States/International Shipping

Your local government determines duty and customs charges. U.S. and International customers are responsible to pay for all applicable fees. When placing an order, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Charges for duty and customs are in addition to your shipping charge and must be incurred by you. You should contact your local customs office for further information. **If package is refused due to incomplete payment of duty and custom charges, your order is not eligible for a refund**

Payment Methods

Forms of payment accepted are: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Important information about payment: For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order, which does not match this criterion.

Pre-Authorization for Credit Cards

You may notice an additional $4.00 charge with your order. This is a pre-authorization charge that is credited to your account once your credit card has been authorized. Your credit card company may take 3-10 business days to process the refund. If you have any discrepancies regarding the matter please call your banking institution.

Gift Card Redemption

Gift cards can be redeemed for the following:

  • Food & beverage at select concession stands in the public concourses of the Rogers Centre. *excluding alcohol*
  • Blue Jays gift cards are also cross-accepted with The Shopping Channel
  • Blue Jays game tickets
  • Team Merchandise

Gift cards cannot be redeemed at the following:

  • Rogers Centre restaurants
  • The Olde Spadina concession stand
  • Mobile vendors
  • Luxury suites

Blue Jays gift cards can be redeemed in-person at our Jays Shop locations in downtown Toronto (see JAYS SHOP LOCATIONS, see below).

Blue Jays gift cards cannot be redeemed online, however they can be redeemed by calling Jays Shop Direct and placing an order over the phone. Gift card numbers will need to be provided at the time of purchase. Any additional charges over the gift card balance will need to be paid with a credit card. Gift cards are only available in $25 or $50 denominations.

Safety, Security and Privacy

Secure Shopping Guarantee

We use the industry standard encryption protocol known as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to keep your order information secure.

We have established a Secure Shopping Guarantee for every transaction that you make with jaysshop.ca. Should any unauthorized charges appear on your credit card as a result of shopping with jaysshop.ca, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

We reserve the right to contact the customer for further credit card information such as the 3-digit CVC security number (as required) on the back of the credit card in order to verify its validity.


Returning an Item for Return or Exchange

Return your purchase within 60 days along with a copy of your receipt (confirmation email) for a full same tender refund or exhcnage, excluding shipping and handling. Item(s) must be returned in good condition with all tags attached, paper work, parts and accessories to insure full credit. No refunds/exchanges on products worn, damaged, clearance, custom crested, memorabilia, publications, special orders, intimates, or gift cards. Gift with purchase must be included with return. You will be responsible for shipping back to us, however shipping charges are waived when sent back out. Items without paperwork will be returned to sender. Please do not email your exchanges as they will not be accepted as a form of notice. If you placed a phone order, we ask that you include your contact information along with your shipping address for the exchange/return to be completed.

Without receipt, exchange only. A return shipping charge will be applied.

Refunds: Your credit card will be credited once we've received and processed your return. Please allow 3-10 business days for your credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges: If you are choosing to ship back the item(s), please include a copy of the receipt (confirmation email) indicating the size/style you would like in exchange. Please return your package to:

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item please send an image of the damage/defective product to jaysshop@bluejays.com, or contact a Customer Service Representative within 30 days of delivery at 1-877-529-7746. Please include your order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail. Your e-mail address and phone number may also be required. Jays Shop will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner.
